Python: advise a forum, conference or similar

I am a python programmer, but I have experience developing in other programming languages.Please advise me a forum, a conference, maybe a jabber-room where people who are working on python communicate.Often there are some questions, but I myself can not find the answer.Such places of communication allow you to quickly resolve the issue with a minimum of time.
