Full C: drive at Windows server 2008 R2

i used Windows server 2008 R2

Now the storage in C Drive is full, i find some folder maximum capacity Harddisk, below picture

Can i delete them?

Check if you getting IP from Dhcp, if yes rejoin the machine to your domain. Normally error means the workstation can't see the DC
